Nu-Style Builders based in Kendal have vast experience in projects around Kendal, the Lake District and Cumbria and occasionally further afield.
We continue to use a team of sub contractors with whom we have built very good working relationships with over the past 30 years, enabling us to offer the complete construction package.
Along side our construction and civil engineering services, we are able to provide a full Project Management service to our clients, including;
- Initial topographical surveying, using the latest Sokkia Total Station technology, complete with CAD drafting and plotting.
- Advice at design and budget stages including preparation of Method Statements and associated CDM documentation.
- Appointment and supervision of appropriate sub contractors.
- Liasing with all Local Authority and other relevant bodies.
- Programming of works (using MS Project).
- Cash flow projections.
- Site supervision / engineering throughout the project.
- Preparation of Monthly valuations for payment by the client.
- Organisation of post contract works ready for final handover to the client.
